Dice Addiction's 40K Escalation League Reminder

Attention 40K Players!!

Just a reminder that Dice Addiction’s 40k escalation league starts Sunday May 19th! Entry for the league is only $25! If you have not yet paid for your entry, you have until the end of the day on Saturday, May 18th to do so! Will your army be the one that conquers the galaxy!? Sign-ups will be in store only and full information will be posted in the details below!

Sign-ups:  $25 Entry Fee. There will be a cap of 20 people for this event. Players will need to make a Longshanks account at Longshanks.org to participate. Players will have until the end of the day on Saturday, May 18th to sign up and pay for the league. Individuals who sign up for the Event will also receive 10% off all wargaming products during the league as long as they are actively participating. Failure to make your games on time for 2 weeks will have you dropped from the event.

League Length: The League will run for 6 weeks.

Players will play 1 game a week (preferably with a new opponent each week).

Standings: Round one pairing will go out on Sunday, May 19th.Pairings and Standings can be managed and viewed on longshanks.org, you can also come into the store to view this info. Organization to meet up can be done in-store or on the Dice Addiction Discord https://discord.gg/qKdjUn9p7z. Pairings will be Swiss Rounds based on win/loss and victory points, and, in the event of a tie, will be based on strength of schedule.

Prize Support: $10 venue fee and $15 towards prize support, prize support will be awarded to players based on performance and number of participants.

League army rules:
- Once An army has been submitted you will not be able to change your faction
-Painted models are not required and you will not be penalized for unpainted minis
-Weeks 1 and 2 will have Points limit be capped at 750pts
-Weeks 3 and 4 will have Points capped at 1000pts

-Weeks 5 and 6 will have points capped at 1500pts

Players that are matched up must play their game in-store. Table space is available more during the daytime and all day Saturday. Players can call the store to reserve table space when available.
