Tao Dong, the Slain
Sinister’s army of Scaleriders flanked Tao Dong from every side — not an easy feat, given her immense size. Before the Scaleriders approached, her scales shimmered with a light silver, reflecting the nature of the Gate she guarded as mostly balanced between the light and dark forces within.
Now, with the riders so close, her scales were pitch black. They attacked. The Scaleriders had been transformed; once human, they had gained the strength and wings of dragons.
